To deeply clean the cutting board, it is recommended to scrub it with undiluted white vinegar after use. To maintain the wooden surface in excellent condition, prefer gentle cutting motions and use a special food-safe oil for its preservation.
General instructions:
When preparing a recipe, it is suggested to prepare the vegetables first and then the raw meat if you plan to use the same surface. Finally, thoroughly wash the cutting board.
