Return Policy
Right of Withdrawal
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise your right to return part or all of the products purchased within 14 days from the invoice date.
It is clarified that the returned products must not be used or damaged. Additionally, the tags accompanying the product must be in the same condition as they were when you received it. The same applies to the retail receipt or invoice. Additionally, you should contact us via email at info@e-costos.gr to receive instructions and a return authorization code.
NOTE: The cost of returning the products is borne by the customer. Costos can only proceed with a refund for orders where a retail receipt has been issued. In cases where an invoice (wholesale) has been issued, refunds cannot be processed.
Defective Product
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, Costos will make every effort to replace it with an identical or similar product. You must, however, inform us via email at info@e-costos.gr within 14 days from the invoice date to receive instructions for returning the product and a return authorization code. If the product is no longer available, we can arrange for a replacement with a similar item after consultation, or we can issue a refund to you.
NOTE: Costos can only proceed with a refund for orders where a retail receipt has been issued. In invoices where wholesale invoices have been issued, refunds cannot be processed, but the shipping costs can be refunded.
In case a product malfunctions at least 14 days after the invoice date and you wish to send it to the manufacturer for warranty service, the Customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to send the defective product to us and back to their location. The product will be transferred to the appropriate company by us for repair.
