Description

Comas wire brush for cleaning griddles, grills and barbecues in a professional kitchen. A cast aluminium 47cm handle keeps your hand away from the hot surface, with a hanging hook at the end and an XXL 12.5cm head that covers large surfaces quickly. It combines a steel wire brush and a scraper in a single stroke, so residue and grease come off while the griddle is still hot.
