Description

The professional electric griddle OT-820 by Costos is a countertop unit with a raised rim and a 73x50cm cooking surface with temperature adjustment from 50–300°C. Uniform heat distribution ensures consistent results for burgers, meats, omelettes and vegetables.

Suitable for restaurants, hotels, snack bars and catering. Features a grease collector, thermostat, temperature indicator light and overload protection. First use: turn on and allow the factory oil to burn off for 20–30 minutes, then apply a thin layer of oil 2–3 times until the plate is well seasoned.
