Description

Step 1: Washing

Wash the cast iron pan by hand. You can use a small amount of soap. If necessary, use a scraper to peel off stuck food. For stubborn stains, simmer some water for 3-5 minutes, then use the scraper after the pan has cooled.

Step 2: Dry

Dry immediately and carefully with a lint-free cloth or paper towel. If you notice a little black residue on your towel, it’s just seasoning and it’s completely normal.

Step 3: Add some oil!

Apply a thin layer of cooking oil or seasoning spray to the surface of your cookware. Use a paper towel to wipe the surface until no oil residue remains.
