The professional 4-tray convection oven IEO-08 by Costos ensures uniform heat distribution across 4 trays of 60x40cm thanks to its 2 air circulation fans, with temperature adjustment from 50–300°C and 6400W power. The stainless steel construction inside and out ensures hygiene and durability.
