Description

The Seki Magoroku Redwood collection chef knife is an impressive product that will impress you. Its blade, with a length of 20 cm, is incredibly sharp and shiny, thanks to the mirror that it is. It is made of high quality steel with a hardness of 58 ± 1 HRC, while its edge is amazingly polished for perfect cutting performance. The handle, with a traditional shape, is made of redwood wood (redwood) with a high oil content, offering water resistance. A protective polypropylene cover joins the wood to the blade, offering safety and matching the style of the wood.
