The AB-5159 Seki Magorocu Shoso chef knife is a product that offers great functionality in your kitchen. The SHOSO collection of knives uses new sharpening technology that increases the hardness of the blade through slow sharpening. This technology gives the blade a hardness of 58+1 Rockwell, which is rare in other pressing blades. The ergonomic and symmetrical 18-8 stainless steel handle provides comfort and prevents wrist fatigue during use. This knife is ideal for professional use and comes in an elegant gift box.
